Paul Keller is President and a founding Member of the COMMUNIA Association. He is currently a senior research fellow at the Institute for Information Law at the University of Amsterdam. Previously he was director of the Amsterdam based think-tank Kennisland. He is one of the co-authors of the Vision for a Shared Digital Europe.
Paul works on more open copyright laws and helps to open up data & collections in the cultural heritage sector. Depending on the task, he can shape-shift between being a researcher, a systems architect, a lobbyist, an activist or a cyclist.
